"Didn’t exactly seem legit"
I mean, maybe it’s just me, but the product I received didn’t look quite right, and the packaging felt different from what I usually buy. I’m not going to say it’s definitely not authentic, but let’s just say I won’t be using it with a whole lot of confidence...

"Looks nicer online than in person"
I don’t know, I just felt like I spent more than I should have. The stuff looked really nice on the website, which is probably why I expected it to feel more high-end, even though I guess photos can make anything look better. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but for the price I was kind of expecting more. I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Easy to Use, Better Than Most"
I found what I needed quickly, which was nice compared to a few other sites I’ve used where I end up clicking around forever. The checkout was a little slow, but overall it was a smooth experience

"Quality is just okay"
Some of the items felt a little cheap, so I wasn’t totally impressed with the overall quality. They’re usable, but I expected them to feel a bit better.

"my order came exactly right"
i ordered a few beauty items from MBT Beauty and everything showed up just how i picked it. the shades, quantities, and products were all correct, with no mix-ups. i usually get a little nervous ordering beauty stuff online, but this was really easy. i’m happy with the order and would definitely shop there again

"Showed up fine, just a tiny box dent"
My order from mbtbeauty.com arrived on time, which put me in a good mood right away. The only thing was the outside box had a small dent on one side, so I had that little “uh oh” moment when I first saw it.
Luckily, everything inside was packed well, and nothing leaked or broke. I do think it could’ve used a bit more padding just for peace of mind, but overall I was relieved and happy it all made it safely. 4 stars from me

"Didn't notice much of a difference"
I kept checking for any kind of pattern or steady improvement over time, but i just didn’t see much happening. The results were weak for me, and after giving it a fair shot, I can’t say it really worked the way I hoped.

"Stock info was frustrating"
To be fair, the site looked easy enough to use at first, but the inventory was all over the place. It said the item was in stock, and then when I got to checkout it suddenly showed as unavailable. Annoying when you think you’re ready to buy.

"Tracking felt like a guessing game"
I ordered from mbtbeauty.com and the tracking was basically useless. They gave me a tracking number, but it just sat there for days showing the same update, so I had no clue if the package had even moved.
I emailed to ask what was going on and got a vague response that didn’t really answer anything. It felt like the goalposts kept moving on when it would arrive, and then it finally showed up late with no proper warning. i wouldn’t order from them again.

"Shipping was, just okay"
My order showed up a bit later than I expected, so that was kind of disappointing. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but, next time, I’d definitely hope the shipping is a little faster.

I ordered from mbtbeauty.com and had a quick question about my package, but customer service took a few days to respond. Like I said, it wasn’t the worst experience or anything, but the reply I got was basic and didn’t really feel that helpful. Like I said, I just expected a faster and more useful response...
